Full Refund	Cancellations made on or before Sunday 14 June 2026 are eligible for a full refund
Partial Refund	Cancellations between Monday 15 June and Sunday 5 July 2026 will receive a 50 per cent (50%) refund.
No Refund	Cancellations made on or after Monday 6 July 2026 are non-refundable.
Registration transfer	Conference registration may be transferred to another person; however an administrative fee of $50 will apply for each transfer. No registration transfer requests will be accepted after Friday 24 July 2026.
Event Cancelled	In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed, all delegates will receive a full refund.


The Privacy Act 2014 provides that before your personal contact details can be published or made available to major sponsors, exhibitors and other parties directly related to the conference, you must give your consent. If you do not consent to your contact details being provided to the above mentioned parties, please contact the Events Team. Rural Health West values and respects your privacy and personal details.
